At PMK, we believe that sustainable development begins by empowering people with knowledge, practical skills, and access to financial opportunities. Our recent field activities highlight our continued commitment to improving the lives of rural families through community-based training, financial inclusion, and livelihood support.

As part of our community outreach, participants visited a dairy farm to learn modern livestock management practices, including cattle care, feeding techniques, and dairy business management. These practical sessions provide valuable knowledge that can help families increase milk production and generate additional income through livestock farming.

Our field officers also conducted household visits to understand the financial needs of borrowers, monitor business progress, and provide personalized guidance. These visits strengthen relationships with clients while ensuring that financial services are used effectively to improve household livelihoods.

In another initiative, women participated in hands-on tailoring and sewing training, where they learned practical skills that can lead to self-employment and small business opportunities. Skill development programs like these encourage entrepreneurship and help women build sustainable sources of income.

The community meetings and group discussions brought together members to share experiences, discuss savings, financial planning, responsible borrowing, and future business opportunities. These interactive sessions promote confidence, teamwork, and collective growth within the community.
